OTF is everywhere and Shred415 was just starting to pickup outside of the Chicago area. Also- this was the only studio in my area so the flexibility of going to a neighboring studio wasn’t an option. The price was the same, convenience/location was the same for me but other things weren’t up to the bar I expect from OTF. I worry about form and injuries so this bugged me a lot. There was minimal, if any, instruction on each exercise. It definitely had similar vibes, but wasn’t enough to get me to go back. It was a brand new studio so that is something to consider with my review, too. The free class was taught by the owner, not my favorite coach unfortunately. What is this?
